These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and TabTouch ("tabtouch", "we", "the company"). These Terms govern your use of the tabtouch.biz website, the tabtouch mobile application, and all services provided by tabtouch (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the tabtouch Platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.
Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you perform any of the following actions: registering a new account, making your first deposit, placing your first bet, or simply browsing content on the tabtouch platform that requires you to be logged in. These terms are written in Malay as the primary version. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Malay version shall serve as the definitive reference.

TabTouch reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual who does not meet the above eligibility requirements at any time, without having to provide detailed reasons. Age and identity checks may be carried out at any stage, and tabtouch reserves the right to request additional verification documents such as a copy of a Malaysian identity card, utility bill, or bank statement.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at tabtouch at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, the freezing of all associated funds, and a possible permanent ban from the tabtouch platform. Methods used to detect multiple accounts include but are not limited to: matching IP addresses, the same device, overlapping personal information, or suspicious betting patterns.
When registering a tabtouch account, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. Providing false or deliberately misleading information is a violation of these Terms. TabTouch accepts no responsibility for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate information you provide during registration or profile updates.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tabtouch account username and password. You must notify tabtouch immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. TabTouch accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Reminder: TabTouch will never ask you to make a deposit through unofficial channels such as personal bank transfers to individuals. All deposits must be made exclusively through the official payment portal at tabtouch.biz.
Tabtouch members may request a withdrawal at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met. Withdrawal requests that satisfy all requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen payment method and the time the request is submitted.

Tabtouch offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions including a Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.
For tabtouch sports bonuses (including the 100% Sports Welcome Bonus up to RM500), the rollover requirement is 5× the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.75. Only the betting portion at odds of 1.75 and above will count towards the rollover. Bets placed at odds below 1.75 will not be counted, even if the bet wins.
Tabtouch employs a sophisticated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered as abuse include but are not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and betting patterns that are clearly intended to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated winnings will be voided.
The tabtouch sports section covers over 30 sports including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, esports (Valorant, DOTA 2, Mobile Legends), and much more. All bets are subject to the following rules:
A bet is only considered valid and binding once the confirmation message ("Bet Successfully Placed") is displayed on your screen and a bet reference number is received. tabtouch is not liable for any unsuccessful bets resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
If a match is postponed or abandoned before 90% of play is completed (or 80 minutes for a 90-minute football match), all related bets will be voided and returned to members at their pre-match value with no deductions. For cricket matches interrupted by rain or adverse weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method will apply.
All in-play bets accepted by the tabtouch system are final. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, displayed odds may change within seconds. TabTouch reserves the right to suspend or reject in-play bets during odds review periods ("suspended"), particularly during VAR reviews, key player injuries, or sudden changes in weather conditions.

In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a Live Casino game session, tabtouch will retain the record of the last valid game state. Tabtouch strongly encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Once activated, every login attempt from a new device will require an additional verification code sent to your phone number. This provides an important extra layer of security to protect your account and funds.
TabTouch continuously monitors all accounts for suspicious activity. If the tabtouch system detects any unusual behaviour – such as login attempts from unrecognised locations, irregular betting patterns or signs of financial fraud – tabtouch reserves the right to temporarily lock the account and contact the member for additional verification before normal operations are resumed.

Material changes (such as amendments to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or member entitlements) will be communicated to members at least 14 days before taking effect, via registered email and in-account notification.
Your continued use of the tabtouch platform after any amended terms take effect will be considered your full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, please contact us to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds.
